Foresight ForeCaddy is the newest remote control electric golf caddy on the market with the very popular "Follow" feature. ForeCaddy, nicknamed "Smart Cart" was introduced at the PGA Merchandise show in Orlando, FL in January 2020. The cart is receiving rave reviews by customers who had a chance to experience it.

What is Ultra Wideband?
ForeCaddy uses the latest wireless technology (Ultra Wideband) for connection. The same technology used in the latest iPhone!
UWB is a short-range, wireless communication protocol that – like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi – uses radio waves. But it differs substantially in that it operates at a very high frequency. As its name denotes, it also uses a wide spectrum of several GHz. One way to think of it is as a radar that can continuously scan an entire room and precisely lock onto an object like a laser beam to discover its location and communicate data.
Wideband allows ForeCaddy to activate the follow mode from up to 50 yards, which means you don’t have to be standing next to the cart to put it in "Follow Mode". Check out the video demonstrating this feature - https://vimeo.com/428651104
ForeCaddy also allow golfers to keep the remote control clipped to the back pocket the entire round (if they wish) since it is equipped with the "power assist" mode. The power assist lets golfers get a little extra “oomph” when pushing the ForeCaddy up steeper slopes so they can preserve their energy for swinging the golf club.
As with all electric caddies with the "Follow" feature, the follow mode is recommended by the manufacturers to be used only on the fairway where there's at least 7.5 feet of space on each side to ensure safety.
