Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest; Delivery
Terms of payment are within Motogolf.com's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Motogolf.com® LLC, payment must be received by Motogolf.com® LLC prior to Motogolf.com® LLC's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services and support will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Motogolf.com® LLC. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on this invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Motogolf.com® LLC may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Motogolf.com® LLC until accepted by Motogolf.com® LLC. Any quotations given by Motogolf.com® LLC will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice and might vary outside the Continental United States. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Discounts are applied as agreed between the Customer and Motogolf.com® LLC. For any additional commercial terms Motogolf.com® LLC's Terms and Conditions apply.

Motogolf.com® LLC and its suppliers further do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within this Site. Upon receipt of package, customer is responsible for informing Motogolf.com LLC of any missing items and any material damage to the product, box & interior packaging within 3 days from delivery date.  In the event of damage, the customer is also responsible for taking pictures of the damage and text or email photos to sales@motogolf.com so the appropriate claim can be made with FEDEX/UPS or other carriers involved. In some cases, if damage is material, the manufacturer will provide a courtesy return label to ship the product back and once the product damage has been confirmed, a replacement will be shipped to customer.  The box should not be thrown away. Costs to re-package or ship a replacement box will be incurred by the customer.

Motogolf.com regularly offer promotions throughout the year on various brands. Many of our promotions are dictated by each brand or manufacturer for specified periods only.  Often times, the promotions are limited to specific quantities while supplies last.  Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively discount for items already shipped.  We also incur higher cost of goods sold and do not recoup from manufacturers.  

Any user of the Site is fully responsible and liable for all orders that originate under the user's sign-on user name, password, or e-mail address. Motogolf.com® LLC is under no obligation whatsoever to inquire into the authorization for any order originating under the user's sign-on user name, password, or e-mail address and is fully authorized and entitled to rely upon and honor, at its sole discretion, any or all such orders.

Motogolf.com® LLC is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions.
