Brand New Foresight Sports ForeCaddy Follow/Remote Control Electric Golf Caddy Cart Trolley

The game has changed...but ForeCaddy™ knows how to follow.

Meet ForeCaddy™, our cutting-edge smart cart, designed from the ground up to give you the luxury and performance you've come to expect from Foresight Sports. With 4 modes of operation, ForeCaddy does so much more than tote your golf bag around the course.

Newly arrived unit's mainboard has been re-engineered so the communication between the cart and remote are now enhanced resulting in improved circuitry that operates both drive wheels.

From added health benefits to showing off the coolest gear in front of your buddies, ForeCaddy will truly change your game. And with accessories like a ball and scorecard holder, phone charger, and more, ForeCaddy turns your "good walk spoiled" into the ideal golfing experience.

What is Ultra Wideband?

ForeCaddy uses the latest wireless technology (Ultra Wideband) for connection.  The same technology used in the latest iPhone!

UWB is a short-range, wireless communication protocol that – like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi – uses radio waves. But it differs substantially in that it operates at a very high frequency. As its name denotes, it also uses a wide spectrum of several GHz. One way to think of it is as a radar that can continuously scan an entire room and precisely lock onto an object like a laser beam to discover its location and communicate data.

ForeCaddy modes include:
  • Follow (BETA) - Just clip the remote to your waist, walk, and let ForeCaddy take care of the rest. Note: Follow mode should only be used on the fairway and with at least 7.5 feet of space on each side to ensure safety.
  • Remote - Use the remote to precisely navigate ForeCaddy around the course.
  • Power Assist - Get a little extra "oomph" when pushing ForeCaddy up steeper slopes.
  • Manual - Give ForeCaddy a break and let gravity (with your guidance) handle the work down slopes and gentler terrain.

  • So Far So Good!

Posted by Mike on 16th Mar 2022

Some reviews stated first version had some issues so I waited. The new batch supposedly had upgrades in the handle and motor so I decided to pull the trigger. So far i am pleased.

  • Awesome Electric option

Posted by Cass on 2nd Dec 2021

I bought cart 16 months ago. It works as advertised and last more than 27-36 holes on single charge. Make sure charge it before each use including remote. It had performed excellent and I’m happy. It’s a way for 51 yoa to walk, exercise and play some golf. The case holder is not much use but drink holder is great. The handle on main battery broker quickly but battery easily pops out for charging. Also can easily support umbrella. I recommend buying!

  • Why don’t combine it with GCQuad

Posted by Phil on 8th Nov 2021

put a GC4 on it, let it see where the ball will be going and let it drive there automatically. So it will even find the banks in the rough...

  • Forecaddy

Posted by Earl C on 8th Nov 2021

I had wanted a Stewart follow me which was on back order when I saw the Forecaddy and was told that the reviews were positive and it was in stock. The controls on the handle was the tipping point. It is as advertised. Came loaded with Firmware 5.0 and since receiving it have downloaded Firmware 6.0. Initially the cart would not move without keeping your finger on the remote to go forward. With the upgrade it does. Handles rough terrain fairly well. The follow me mode works very well although it’s supposed to be in Beta mode. A few nit picks. The beverage holder needs to be redesigned. A Yeti 30oz tumbler will fit but falls out on less than smooth terrain. I use a small Velcro strap to secure it. The range could be expanded, cannot be summoned outside of 20 yards. Forward range is good with excellent speed that can be controlled. Battery life is good. My course is hilly so probably a maximum of 27 holes. When the range improves I definitely give 5 stars.

  • Excellent

Posted by Jeff M on 8th Nov 2021

I used the cart for the first time yesterday at Osprey Point. The course was wet and cart path only for golf carts. The cart worked perfectly through the very wet fairways and the cart followed my path . It was nice to walk down the fairway without carrying my clubs. Very happy with the purchase.

  • Don't buy this product!

Posted by Yun on 26th Oct 2021

Within 4months two different parts broken when you claim to foresight company you have to pay shipping. I was luckily problem with small part, so I can replace myself, imagine if you have send to fix that ,you might pay more than $300 for just shipping.

  • Computer issues

Posted by Back To Pushing on 19th Oct 2021

    Motogolf is great.
And when it works the cart is great.
But there is a problem with these carts, one that the manufacturer is aware of.
According to the manufacturer something causes the main computer board to go out. I suspect that it has to do with rough or hilly ground.
For the 2nd time in 3 months, I have to send it back to the factory at my expense because one or both wheels stopped turning. If your course is flat then I suspect you'd have no issue, but otherwise I'd wait a few months or a year before buying one.

  • I've been using it for a while, and it works great and meets expectations.

Posted by Kurt on 10th Jun 2021

This is not an out-of-the-box review. I have 9 rounds in, so I’ve had a chance to learn about the ForeCaddy. If you don’t want to read a long review, the gist of this is that I had another electric cart for 8-10 years and I researched extensively before I ordered the ForeCaddy. It definitely gets a thumbs up, and I think that the webpage is very accurate. That includes the reviews on Motogolf.com. For fairness, at the end I’ll highlight a few things that could be better. But they’re not deal breakers, just opportunities for even more improvement.

The Forecaddy is an expensive cart, so I had some concerns about ordering it. However, everything I was concerned about was not an issue. It far exceeds expectations.
    • The follow function – Works very well. Just do exactly what is says in the videos on the website. It follows very well down the fairway. I’ve found I can even take it through choke points if I slow down and pay attention to the angles when I turn.
    • Hills – I belong to a club that is extremely hilly. In the 9 rounds, it has only had problems with a hill 3 times. These were all very short but extreme upslopes, such as approaching elevated greens. I’ve learned to just go 6 feet to either side and not go up the steepest option. Not a problem.
    • The battery – 2+ rounds is not an exaggeration. On our hilly courses I get into the 2nd of the 5 bars on the power indicator on the handle. I’ve never tried to go more than 18 holes without a charge, but I can’t believe it wouldn’t go another 18.
    • Noise – The cart is very quiet. The only time it really makes any noise is if you have to run it on a rough cart path. I have a speaker on my bag for music, and without that I couldn’t be sure it was behind me. I have a friend who has a cart that beeps sometimes, and it’s really annoying. None of that with the ForeCaddy.
    • I didn’t install the phone holder, because I wouldn’t use it. But I did charge my phone off the cart 1 time, and it worked great.

One thing I hated about my last remote cart, was that I always had the remote in my hands and I was always having to hit buttons to steer it. With the ForeCaddy I never hold the remote. I just clip it to the back of my belt, and I only touch it to start the follow function. To stop the follow function or if I’m in a congested area I use the controls on the handle.

A few minor things that I’ve found:
    • I pulled out an old staff bag, because I can keep my training aids and shag ball tubes with me. If you use this big of a bag, it is not a smooth process to put the battery in the cart.
    • The handle - This isn’t a big deal and there is no loss of function, but the handle doesn’t feel quite right. Not that I touch it that much, but sometimes I do guide the cart. I think it is because the handle is made of plastic and the rest of the cart is steel. So it doesn’t feel quite right.
    • Accessories – My cart came with everything you need, but there are more attachment points and I feel the need to fill them. It would be handy if the website told you which accessories are compatible. It appears some of the mounts work with Sun Mountain, and I bought a Bag Boy mesh bag which hangs on the back and works well. There is a place for a 2nd sand bottle, which is the obvious place for a club washer. They need to add that and get it on the website.

The bottom line – This is a better way to play golf. I expect to see a lot more of these on the golf course.

  • Amazing Cart

Posted by Joel on 10th Mar 2021

I haven't had any problems with my cart so far. I'm the talk of the golf course because I walk and it follows me. Everyone is coming up to me asking me questions about it and where did I get it from and how much did it cost. This cart make you feel important because you get so much attention from everyone and everyone has to look and wonder why it's following me around the course. I like my cart a lot. Wished I purchased it sooner

  • Good recommendation

Posted by Kim on 9th Feb 2021

A few of my friends got this cart and recommended it to me. A little heavy for me but I play on different courses and does quite well on hills. It took me a couple rounds to get used to switching between modes. I like the power assist function and follow the best. Good investment so far.
